Mailchimp - Tutorial Videos

Mailchimp’s platform can be overwhelming for new users. Together, with my lead animator, we created a series of instructional videos that showcased key platform functions in ways that were simple and easy to replicate. From a design perspective, my objective was to increase new user feature adoption while still maintaining Mailchimp’s “expert absurdist” look and feel.
